1. Right to Return (14-Day Withdrawal Period)

As a customer within the EU, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To qualify:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging

• You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of delivery

2. How to Request a Return

1. Email us at info@fthiaterra.gr with:

   • Order number

   • Reason for return

2. We will confirm and provide return instructions

3. Ship the items back to the address we provide

We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product), we will cover return shipping costs.

• If the return is due to change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

• Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Opened or used food products

• Items returned damaged due to improper packaging

• Shipping costs (except for faulty/damaged products)

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Include photos of the item and packaging

• We will offer a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost
