1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Sweden 

  • EU countries

  • Selected international destinations – please contact us for confirmation.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We work with trusted carriers such as PostNord, DHL, and Schenker for domestic and EU deliveries. All packages include tracking.

4. Shipping Rates (SEK)

5. Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged in transit or does not arrive within the estimated time, please contact us immediately at info@fthiaterra.gr. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

8. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. Fthiaterra is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
